HELP About FPS of conquer

Igot aproblem in the game.its about the FPS of the game,and game speed, after login the FPS always be high equal to about 40 FPS, after about 5 minutes the FPS decreases step by step to 5 or 4 FPS ,and icant even move or jumb and the speed of game is very slow,
this happens always after each login ,>>......
I downloaded the game again from the official site and reinstalled the game but the problem still exists,
I tried to install anew operating system to my computer and even format ny hard disk but the problem still exists,and i use agood antivirus and no virus found,.........
anyone help me please

Try to set the conquer process priority to High or above normal.

And also, Are you using windows 7? Is it when theres alot of people? And lucky time?

do you know how i can get better STABLE fps ?

by deleting a lot of useless things like.. heaven blessing and luckytime effects?
