I've only done this successfully once, so..yeah..
This run will let you farm the Griffons around Augury Rock, as well as a few Minotaurs that will come across your path.
Used Skills:
1) Cyclone Axe
2) Gladiators Defense (Elite, Dragon's Lair)
3) Bonettis Defense
4) Shield Stance (optional; perfect for starters and beginners)
5) Penetrating Blow
6) Executioners Strike
7) Healing Signet
Live Vicariously or Mending (Term!nX prefers Live Vicariously)
You should have an Axe and a Tactic Rune on you.
Boost Axe and Tactic as high as possible, the rest goes into Healing Prayers.
As soon as you leave Augury Rock, you should cast Live Vicariously. You've got to lure mobs about the size of 3-8 (if you are good enough).
Your Stances will protect you from the Attacks. During your Gladiators Defense, the Enemies will even take damage. With each hit you do, you'll heal 10 hp.
If you combine this with cyclone axe, it makes up for an immense healboost.
If things are getting desperate, activate Shield Stance and cast your Healing Signet. When your Energy reaches zero: Bonettis Defense.
