Looking for a Conquer Server Development SUPERSTAR!

I need a ROCKSTAR Developer to help me emulate and create the classic conquer online experience we all loved.

A quick introduction about me, I am an investor and a digital marketing expert looking to invest into developing a classic private server. I grew up playing the game and is one of the many who have failed to move on from it. Right now my goal is to provide a place where players can experience a fair, competitive, and fun classic conquer experience. And yes I have already figured out my target market and etc.

What I am looking for:
-Someone with vast experience developing private servers and who knows his way about everything.
-Someone who can commit to work on the server full time. Competitive salary will be provided.
-Ideally someone whos in it to help me realize my vision. Someone who wants to do his best and be part of a populated and succesful server

Am I interested in what you need?

Do i get benefits? How many vacation days? Would also like to enter a profit sharing agreement. If ill get all these and you beat my current pay I'm in.
