Shadow ban help,

After mass report using Cheats I got shadow ban and lifted so i decide to use the uav and after 2 days got shadow ban again , can I able to play again ? Or it will be perm ban? If I can able to play again have to use spoofer ? Or change hwid? so that i can use the uav again
