Chargeback !

So my friend got an account from a forum dunno if it was the elitepvpers forum, so he played on it and bought silk now he got hacked and want the money for the silk back.

I searched the whole site of srokey.com but couldnt find any information about how to chargeback so pls can someone tell me how wo chargeback?

i guess you won't get the money back unless u got a proof that he's scammed;)

if it would be that easy i suppose alot of people would say they were scammed

If you have proof we can help you but other than that i really don't know what to say except for the following:

1) Your friend should know who he/she bought from
2) Shouldn't buy from random people
3) If you used a credit card, then you have to have some e-mail from the person or site you bought from
4) If your friend bought something, why can he say something about it and not you
5) "Your friend" is probably trying to get more items off of someone
6) I'm 100% sure you can't get hacked on a SRO private server (hardly happens)
7) "Your friend" probably used the silk and traded what ever items to a friend to hold, and say he got
hacked to get how ever many silk he bought back again
8) GM's look into situations like this to see if you were "hacked" or not and if you are lying
9) Anyone can say they were hacked/scammed to try to get free items
10) If you are trying to charge back, find out how you paid for the silk and call that company
