Shadow Bans in COD Warzone with spoofer?

So I got perma banned once in cod warzone and now, every time I make an account, I am able to play one game and then I get a shadow the second I get in Q. I've tried 3 different trusted spoofers as well as resetting my pc and redownloading the game. I don't think they ban by IP? Any idea how I can bypass this BS?

What are the trusted spoofer you Talking about.
I know only 2 which works.
Infinite or cynical

They do ban IP’s depending on the country you live in.
If a VPN is illegal in your country, they IP ban.
Use INFINITE with an aged account.
