I don't have enough skill to check for myself, but would it be possible to copy and forge a request for the Riot shop?
I was wondering whether they have a check on the backend for limited sales skins like the halloween ones.
Perhaps the check is only client-side and it would actually be possible to bypass that check?
It's very annoying that I have to wait till October for them :(
