How can servers ban for bans on a diff acc that even EAC can't detect as ban evasion?

How can servers ban me because I have an EAC ban on a different account that even EAC can't detect as an ban evasion?

Like, i'll be on a server just chilling not even cheating, and this admin looking ass just bans me for EAC evasion like he's a fortune-teller.
Not even EAC knows that I'm ban evading their shit, but some sweaty guy in his mom's basement does? Like what the?
The last time I cheated was like 2+ years ago and my whole PC got changed *upgraded* and all, I even reinstalled Windows 10 in that time span.

I heard that it has something to do with IPs? So I bought a VPN, I used it for one full wipe and never got banned. But still, it may just be a shit server, so I still don't know if this method works 100%.

Servers grab your IP and save them incase you try and join on a different account.

Servers Like: blooprint, upsurge, andysolam, etc...

They are mostly community servers that run this background check. Usually VPN works, but not all VPNs work, some servers have a way to find out if you are on a VPN or not, and can still detect it. Other servers such as Upsurge, stop you from using a VPN.

Always use a vpn :) You don't need to on official but still always do it.
