Make offers only valid with a TBM thread

Issue:
Currently i see a lot of scam attempts on the non-trading sections of Apex, PUBG and COD. There users ask for undetected or working cheats. There is nothing wrong with this, but some users try to scam by posting their discord IDs with "pm me for a great cheat". Most of those users dont have a TBM thread and are scamming. Obviously the buyers which got scammed cant leave their feedback on a thread. The non-trading sections are not meant to be for trading.

Solution:
Make a rule that those promotional posts should be only allowed if the user has a TBM thread. There from those promotional posts of those "providers" can be posted with a link to it or the provider. Users can then also leave a feedback whatever it is good or bad.

These threads should not be allowed in the non-trading section at all. Admins should delete the posts and make users post it in the valid sections, followed by a trade request.

I think those threads are okay to have. Questions like
  • which cheat is streamproof?
  • which cheat is currently undetected?
  • which cheat is recommended for XXX

are mandatory to have a open discussion, thats why we have a forum. But like said, those "promotional" scam posts need to stop. Its okay if you have a thread on elitepvpers but not some random dude who joined 2 days ago and spams 20 threads with pm me for hack.
