Bot is allowed as it is a part of the game, but it is not the whole game-play anyway

Yes!, Chinese Characters have a passive buff that gives 15% Damage Inc/Abs

Mastery Limit is 330 For Chinese & 180 For European

FGW is disabled for the begin, we may enable it later if required

All activities are important and worthy to play so I think it is not bot-based server

People don't play the global one because its fully pay2win, no way you can compete without spending atleast 5 to 10 grand. That's why people love playing private servers with 1x rates, atleast everyone have the same chance to start from 0.
