64bit ? What is 64bit ? The game itself or fmod ? Is server 64bit as well ?

Everything is 64bit. All of the servers and the client. Just fmod is included because I couldn't find Miles Sound System's 64bit Libraries. So, the 64bit client uses fmod where the 32bit client could use Miles or Fmod.
