Application [Valorant]

05/02/2021 17:50 QuzFlips#1
Hello everyone, my name is Laurynas, otherwise known as QuzFlips. I'm 20 years old from Lithuania and I'm applying as a moderator for the Valorant section. I'm also trying to pursue the casting/coaching scene of Valorant which is why I practice and try my best in-game. I occasionally stream as well since I love to connect with my community and meet new people whilst trying my best to provide them a safe environment where they can chill.

My previous experiences related to the section:

I have been a moderator for tournament hosting organizations such as CGL and had my own community for gaming.

Why am I the perfect fit:

I believe I'm a perfect fit for the community as I have previous experience in moderation in general. I'm also an early learner which will help me learn more about Valorant's moderation section in no time. I can also commit a lot of time to ElitePvPers and my ability to make important decisions in a short amount of time while having a calm mindset. I analyze the situation at hand first and then take valuable decisions depending on the situation which makes me a perfect fit for this position. I would also like to state my linguistic skills though I do not claim it to be the best, but I'm confident that I will be able to provide good service for the English-speaking community. I can also speak Russian and Lithuanian which might be useful in the future.

Other qualities:

Like I said earlier, I can commit a lot of time to the section since I'm not a student nor work anywhere and can provide solutions for queries and issues almost instantly. I am also highly motivated which will boost my capabilities by leaps and bounds. I also have vast knowledge about coding, FPS games in general, and Valorant as I have been a player since beta. I have been creating many different scripts and cheats for different FPS games using both C# and C++ for more than 7 years now and also have quite the familiarity within the community.

I can also work in teams. I value both my colleagues and my higher-ups and take into account of their suggestions before making a decision. I respect anyone and everyone and also understand that I as a staff member represent the staff team as a whole and any decision made by me can affect others as well. I always keep that in mind when making decisions and always try to be cooperative and friendly with people. I will use informal language and partially formal when approaching members to imply my friendliness and also to give them a nice experience with the forum.

What would happen after I join:

I would try my utmost best to make the Valorant section a more secure place for customers to safely purchase and would try my best to tackle scamming and other issues which may occur raiding for instance. The valorant section of ElitePvPers lacks moderation and discipline and has been corrupted by many 'sketchy' people which I plan to change, having me as a moderator will reduce the chances of people getting scammed and will also increase people having a great time in ElitePvPers in general.

Final words:

I would like to thank the Admins for giving me this opportunity to apply and would really appreciate the feedback from others.

Valorant section seems dry, without moderation. Nice to see that finally ,someone is applying for that section. This guy seems to have a lot of knowledge for the category he's applying for. Good luck

Definitely a YES from me.

Constantly see him in the Valorant section. Looks like a strict, mature, and helpful guy.
He's able to identify his strengths and weaknesses, which is definitely a big plus.
After reading through his application I can confidently say that he's suitable for the job.

Also, he is a Trusted & Helpful member of the Sinfulexp community.

Yes from me.

It was just a matter of time, when he would apply for valorant section moderation. Pretty chill, mature, and helpful guy that knows his stuff perfectly. Has tons of knowledge in coding and cheating as well. I believe that he will be able to moderate the section flawlessly.
Definitely an underdog in here.

Yes from me

Totally chill and mature. We dealt a lot in the recent past.
Valorant section is big and active given its fame, it needs people like Quzflips to moderate it with honesty and dignity!

Big yes :)

Professional, polite, and friendly guy. The valorant section despite being so big, it is poorly maintained.
This guy seems to have what it takes to maintain and improve the section

Indeed a yes from me

I see him very active in the Valorant section. He is the man we need to get rid of scammers and people who do not respect rules. For me he is a clear Yes.

Lately I see many post from him in the Valorant section. But tbh most of the posts are just there to comment something without any impact maybe to show that you are active.
I dont like this kind of posts. But I think you are a chill person and since the section needs a moderator Im gonna say yes.

He's extremely active on the valorant section. Friendly and communicative person and does have tons of knowledge of what he's doing. I fully trust him for this job, and I believe that he can deal with those annoying scammers in the valorant section.

Definitely a YES

Don't have anything bad against him. Strong candidate for the Valorant moderation position. Would love to see him deal with the current ongoing chaos in the section.

A strong yes from me.

Currently the Valorant sections are a mess. Scammers get to do their thing for way too long and we need to put an end to this. He’s a guy with common sense and a strong knowledge on the area - I’m 100% sure he knows how to manoeuvre in this mess and clean it up.

A big yes from me :)

i would say no.
i checked your last 126 posts here and found many posts where you try to kill someone´s reputation by writing stuff like
this , without providing any proofs(which is also against the epvp rules), and this is just the one big point why i would say no

else i would say yes

#edit
and yes everyone knows that 99% of new accounts are scammers but no proofs -> no rule break
and if there are proofs use the report button istead of posting it
