Hello everyone, my name is Laurynas, otherwise known as QuzFlips. I'm 20 years old from Lithuania and I'm applying as a moderator for the Valorant section. I'm also trying to pursue the casting/coaching scene of Valorant which is why I practice and try my best in-game. I occasionally stream as well since I love to connect with my community and meet new people whilst trying my best to provide them a safe environment where they can chill.
My previous experiences related to the section:
I have been a moderator for tournament hosting organizations such as CGL and had my own community for gaming.
Why am I the perfect fit:
I believe I'm a perfect fit for the community as I have previous experience in moderation in general. I'm also an early learner which will help me learn more about Valorant's moderation section in no time. I can also commit a lot of time to ElitePvPers and my ability to make important decisions in a short amount of time while having a calm mindset. I analyze the situation at hand first and then take valuable decisions depending on the situation which makes me a perfect fit for this position. I would also like to state my linguistic skills though I do not claim it to be the best, but I'm confident that I will be able to provide good service for the English-speaking community. I can also speak Russian and Lithuanian which might be useful in the future.
Other qualities:
Like I said earlier, I can commit a lot of time to the section since I'm not a student nor work anywhere and can provide solutions for queries and issues almost instantly. I am also highly motivated which will boost my capabilities by leaps and bounds. I also have vast knowledge about coding, FPS games in general, and Valorant as I have been a player since beta. I have been creating many different scripts and cheats for different FPS games using both C# and C++ for more than 7 years now and also have quite the familiarity within the community.
I can also work in teams. I value both my colleagues and my higher-ups and take into account of their suggestions before making a decision. I respect anyone and everyone and also understand that I as a staff member represent the staff team as a whole and any decision made by me can affect others as well. I always keep that in mind when making decisions and always try to be cooperative and friendly with people. I will use informal language and partially formal when approaching members to imply my friendliness and also to give them a nice experience with the forum.
What would happen after I join:
I would try my utmost best to make the Valorant section a more secure place for customers to safely purchase and would try my best to tackle scamming and other issues which may occur raiding for instance. The valorant section of ElitePvPers lacks moderation and discipline and has been corrupted by many 'sketchy' people which I plan to change, having me as a moderator will reduce the chances of people getting scammed and will also increase people having a great time in ElitePvPers in general.
Final words:
I would like to thank the Admins for giving me this opportunity to apply and would really appreciate the feedback from others.
