question about username change

Hello i have little question about elitepvp but i didn't found anywhere the answer 1 month ago I wanted to change my name with a name japanese (with Japanese letters) but i couldn't so i used a normal name.
The question is it possibl to get a name with japanese letters or not?
If yes can someone explain me the procedure to follow please.

Hallo, ich habe eine kleine Frage zu elitepvp, aber ich habe die Antwort nirgends gefunden. Vor 1 Monat wollte ich meinen Namen mit einem japanischen Namen (mit japanischen Buchstaben) ändern, aber ich konnte nicht, also habe ich einen normalen Namen verwendet.
Die Frage ist: ist es möglich, einen Namen mit japanischen Buchstaben zu bekommen oder nicht?
Wenn ja, kann mir jemand erklären, wie ich vorgehen muss?

so i guess it's possibl the problem the guy is banned

It was possible to use these characters/symbols some time ago, but we changed the settings and now its no longer possible. The support also won't change it for you.
One of the main reasons why we disabled it: It was often used for characters/symbols that looks very similiar to another one and has been used to fake an username to scam users believing they are trading with someone else.
Just an example:
lordsill (without any of those special characters)
lоrdsill (the о is just a special character (cyrillic small letter o instead of latin small letter o), but looks very similar to the original non-special version of my name)
[You can even use comparing tools to compare the 2 versions if you don't believe me and they will show you, that the o is different, be sure to copy&paste them for that]
