first you must have the crimson courier chain complete up to the part where you get the 5 rotten apples.
then when you are farming tyrs hand and you get an add or you are about to die, simply use the rotten apple and turn into a scarlet person, and lose all agro so you don't die.
only use them when you NEED to cause when all 5 are used you must go to narthos blightcaller and get 5 more, the trip takes abiout 10 minutes.
using this method you never have to worry about repair bills in tyurs hand again.
( note: this does not work in hearthglen, rotten apples only work in EPL not WPL )
