SRO PRIVATE SERVER working 100%?

Sup, I have been reading many post, but seems that the private server thing is not even close to having a "reflection" of working stuff on private server from the real sro.

So Is there some project or SRO private server out there that gets the closes to the real thing?

-Multiplayer
-Mounts
-Monster spawns
-Skills
-Spells
-Npcs
(working stuff)

The whole thing?

Will apreciate this info, it doesn't matter if is not the lattest version, as long as it's working at least a 90% of the real deal.

Are any of those downloadable?

Or are those working private servers for playing only?
I would like one that I could download to open a private server myself.

So does anyone have any good and safe links to where to get them?
