I can't log into a working server

After a crash it no longer allows me to log into the server. Has this ever happened to you? Do you know how to fix it?

The server isn't mine, I'm a player. I have already downloaded everything and restarted the pc.

Their server is down most likely :)

Strangely it's not. It has been happening since yesterday afternoon. All other players can log in. Admin doesn't know what happened

Well they could've blocked your IP. Or your Antivirus is blocking their ports, since their stolen Client SDK is mostly blocked by Antivirus programs. What you could do, is whitelist it. Mostly Avira as far as I know.

It was my connection, it works with the 4G. Admin didn't know :(
