Adding another HardDisk

Hey There ,
About a year ago i got a small PC from Dell ( i3 9th / gtx 1050ti. ) but the only think that doesn't fit me was the SSD (TEAM GROUP ) i mean the PC had an ssd which made it a way faster but 240 gbs aren't enough to install games
i checked it from the inside to see if i can add another HardDisk but i couldn't find another cable from the PSU
I Asked myself why not buying an external harddisk and just installing games there but i don't guess that will fit me too
i can't afford the price of a more larger SSD but the question here is there anyway to add another HDD without changing the SSD / PSU? or is it safe to use an external HardDisk ? because i won'ty play that huge games i only use it to save a great part of my codes / Playing GTA V online / FiveM & RageMP also PUBG & Fortnite & Valorant sometimes
Thanks for your time :D

up.

Hey it should be possible to use an external HDD. Just make sure you are using USB 3.0 or higher. Also it could be possible to power the SSD and HDD with just one cable.
