Hello everyone, I got an bought Account in 2016 or 2017 i dont remember it perfectly, and my Account just got locked in 2021. I dont know the person, from which I bought it, and I only know my personal data, not even the registration Mail. I already wrote the support and they well know me. They said I need all of the recovery Information, and that my informations doesn't fit to that account.
My question is, is there any chance to unlock the Account ? Because I spent a lot of money and time in that Account.
I also got twice this Message:
