[Release] Upgrading cash necklace tip

If you get your necklace to +9 do it right after you log in because the chances are higher. Once you get it till +8 go do a few dungeons

BTW its not a release and another thing there are no specific tips or tricks on upgrading necklace...and by the way before starting a thread learn to use the search button to verify if same thread already existed
