Need help with dropping SOX items

I add d12 sox to drop in my server, after checking I see d12 has dropped but the indexes are 0. How to fix it?

wrong added its not a regular drop that why 0%

item drop all stars 0% (mag , phy , ...vv... in item = 0 ) and no blue .... help me !!!!
