Need help with opening file

Hello guys,

I've never done anything like scripting or something. Only done some macros till now. Now I want to start a new project for myself and I need to open a file with the ending .bwp

I want to make a no recoil script for my a4tech bloody mouse.

after adding some steps in the software from a4tech, there are some limitations. So I want to open the file to add manually some steps.

When I open the file with Notepad++ i only see chinese letters.

it looks for me at the moment like this:

This is the file I want to open:

Which version of bloody are you using, and what limitations did you have?
Files are encrypted, so its important that bloody version match your file in order to decrypt it.

I'm using bloody7 and got the V8M mouse.
I had limitations like, my weapons recoil where like -5, -8, -12, -20 and then suddenly +20. But in the Bloody7 (core3 editor) i cannot enter a positive recoil only negative.
So I thought I'll open the file by myself and edit it manually. But when I open the file it's like the first link.
