I tried VPN / Special routers, yes indeed you get noob lobbies if you set certain regions however your ping will be 150ms-200ms which is ridiculous hence it is not worth playing at all.
Apart from KD, Skills etc, SBMM also works according to your playstyle. If you monitor COD tracker , it shows your movement, contracts etc. So if you're an aggressive player who moves around alot and hunting bounties, combined with exceptionally skilled play then chances are you are going into a sweaty lobby.
Take a look at Its_IRON for example, he always get easy lobbies even though he have 3000+ Wins that is because of his playstyle. He camps alot and dosent go for kills as much than holding position and trying to win regardless of kill, so SBMM matches him with similar playstyle players which are mostly campers / low skill players as opposed to players running around with roze skins trying to kill the entire lobby.
As for timing, obviously if you play in the afternoon you are going to get easy lobbies mainly because there are less players because in the evening, that is the time all the sweaty players hop on after work , dinner , school etc.
And one more thing, do not reset your game search when you see searching <100+ms - 200ms ..
I read somewhere that SBMM also prioritise your Ping
When you search for a match and you get a good ping lobby quickly, its a SBMM lobby.
When you search for a match and it goes up searching to high ping, meaning there are no lobby according to your SBMM however the game is still trying to get you into a good ping lobby.
So after a long search and u get a good - mid ping, chances are its an easy lobby.
