Need the official v19 file

Who has the official V19 file? Could you please upload it please?
Used with Visual Studio 2017 will be very grateful.

There is no official v19 "file" (i think you mean code)

You can get official v15 (On every Visual Studio Version) or the official v21.2 code on visual studio 2003/2005.
