Shadow Banned, how long?

Hey, how long takes the 2nd ShadowBan ? I just got a ban 1 month ago .. for 4-5days.. then it worked again, now i got second ban, do i have to wait the same time?

1- 2 weeks, or get a spoofer and a new acc
