Problem with 9disciple

I have a problem with 9disciple...I do all steps...i installed framework...i do localhost 9dvn.....i copy hefei fix,i stopped launcher i do all steps and now my 9disciple is still just white window..i use 3702 i updated it and now is 3715 and dont work...i used and all versions and dont work..
Where is the problem?Help me...

with what..?just 9disciple is a white window.....and i do al steps.... i dont get any errors...just 9disciple dont work..and i used and anothers hacks and dont work----
