HELP CREATING ACCOUNTS ON MY SERVER

hello,
i recently started messing with SQL (yes i am new at it).
i am having problems creating accounts on my server.
everything so far runs fine but i cant find a guide on how to create a account
for my server. Thank You and Sorry for being a noob at developing, this probably childs play for most of u :)

Use query. And look for this sqlquery script here on forum.
