Using Monster.dat for Autoleveling

Some time ago I had to level up my weapon proficiency, and after about 10 percent I decided I didn't want to do it by myself. ;)

I tried a couple bots, but most of them glitched after a few minutes, or just plain didn't work for what I needed, so I came up with the idea of editing Monster.dat.

How I will show you to do this is using this Monster.dat encrypter and decrypter found here: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Follow the instructions in the post and readme to set it up.

After it is set up, run the DeEn.exe program and decrypt the file. In the ini folder you will see a file named Monster.txt. Open that and it will be a lot easier version to edit than hexediting the original. In monster.txt you will see monsters set up like this:
Code:
[Pheasant]
SizeAdd=0
ZoomPercent=60
MaxLife=33
Level=1
BornAction=315
BornEffect=MBStandard
BornSound=none
ActResCtrl=0
ASB=5
ADB=6
BodyType=0
TypeID=0001
AntiType=0
Now what you do is change ZoomPercent=60 to ZoomPercent=99999999 and when you login to Conquer, wherever you click you will attack a Pheasant. (As long as you don't venture far from the spawns) With that you can just set up an autoclicker to attack the monsters all the time.

Tip: Because wherever you click you run to attack a monster, you can't pickup any items that drop, so if you see a super/elite or mets or something, after opening conquer with the modified Monster.dat, switch it back to the original version, so if you see something good you can reopen conquer and you will be able to pick it up.

If this is over your head, I'll be attaching a couple edits I have done for leveling proficiency.

nightmarepaladin>>>> Shut up, you are just saying that because you are jealous he figured it out. And its not fair for u to be using something somene created and you are critizising it negatively. So stop using it.

Can i using this method to level my archer in lab?

After u killed the monster will it give an experience adding into your leveling percent?

best thing for as far as not being able to pick anything up, if have your wife there as they can pick up any of your kills, if you run it befor editing the files, it should look normal on the wife

It doesn't work if you are going to need to fly and scatter and do multiple spells, and you receive the same experience as normally leveling.

My method is best for Trojans or Warrior leveling, and for leveling spells or proficiencies.

It's just a demonstration, and Pheasants are the one monster everyone (hopefully :eek: ) knows of.

It is probably possible, I'll try to find a way to, but what would it help if stakes were bigger/smaller? You already auto-attack them.

well if they were all bigger and u set ur char up right and cast fire circle or fastblade then u shud hit more stakes

My char only moves around and never hits a thing with monsters that big...
