I did one recently and got put into a shadow ban lobby with a bunch of other PC/Console players what were shadow banned due to doing the lobbies. it's always a risk, not everyone get shadow banned though and you 9/10 times get out of it after week or so.

Our lobbies don't have any risk of getting shadowed, we have never had a single ban for our customers. Lobbies are completely save, only the host is at risk.
