Shadowlands Pvp rotation

Hey guys just started looking into a new pvp routine and wasnt sure if there are any active ones out there that are good and still being used in shadowlands. I was banned over 3 years ago for using HF so I dont know if that puts me on a watch list or not with WoW lol. Anyways if you guys have any suggestions for a good one please let me know!
