Shadowban ?

Hey, i have some questions about the warzone shadowban.
On the 5. February i played a match with my mates and we won after that we/i couldnt find another lobby. It looks like a shadowban but today I found a lobby on the big map.
Now can someone tell me whats wrong ? It seems that i have a shadowban but why have i found a lobby on the big map ?
And can someone tell me if i cant play warzone forever or is the shadowban only for a long time ?
And no i dont use any cheats or tools. All my friends can play but not me.

Shadowban is only for few days.

If you never used any kind of cheats or tools, then it should be fine in few days and you can play again on your account. Otherwise you can also contact the support.

Shadow bans last 7-14 days.
You know you're shadowed if you're searching for a lobby with 350ms.
