Emergency problem, shardmanager

This is the error in the SMC

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Once it happens the server starting to be lagging, and they can't teleport anymore no one can use teleports.

Never faced such an issue before, but i believe you experts know what is this!

NOTE #1
what i do to fix it? in the last two times? i just restart all the server files, but this can't be a solution forever.

NOTE #2
The server was running perfectly for like 2 weeks already. So it's not server files or so.



SIDE EFFECT #1
a player used a silk scroll and received the silk but he couldn't use it, till i removed it and added it again manually from database.

shard module seems to be flooded.you may messed up a procedure or other db components - but also could be caused by players directly aka. 'attack'. im not sure in the 2nd option btw, must be network,connection or db error

well, i don't think it's an attack because i don't have that much players to be attacked i have like half guild,

i also don't think it's an internet speed because it was working fine

i believe it's a database side issue, but where exactly i am not sure, i have googled seems like that issue happened to so many, but somehow i can't see the answers

so if u know database solution, this is the time to tell...

Well, i will make sure if i find a solution for it, i share it with you, as i am working now on trying things out by my own while i am getting answers here, do the same if u find a solution please share it with me, because the server is dying over here.

Root is the VPS Or host that you are using files in it

i think the root is fine, i think it's more related to database side or maybe serverfiles.
