cannot launch the client

kindly help please, i just downloaded redux sro from their website, and when i tried to open it it doesnt work

i press on silkroad client the client appears and suddenly disappear again without start even before the start or launch button appears does anyone know how to fix that please ?:confused:

Turn off your anti-virus, and windows defender.
Then re-extract the game folder.

I dont have anti virus or and firewall windows defender are off bro idk i cannot even launch the client it keeps disappearing :mad:
