Make Own server using another files (self using)

hi ... i already have dekaron files from another server ... i want to make my own server using files i have download ... what should i download to change server and make me as GM ? ... i tired download much stuff in this page ... but i still confuse ... can't make my own server ... hope someone can help me ... thanks

First use the search button on the forum, There are millions of topic with answer for this, Second u should study the basic things how to setup SQL, Restore Database & how to enable things to make the server run on ur own computer to u use as test.
