hello , my friend recently came for america and a a friend of him gave him an iphone which he reported as stolen to get a new one from apple
I need your help guys to unlock that iphone, is it even possible ? i can pay if needed

Probably scam, unless some shady (Russian/Chinese) authorized Store Manager offers that...

Its not really possible, you should try to look for a new motherbord pr to some shady dudes that are usually unlocking phones
