need help in mining..

sorry.. but i really need help in this..i've been playing this game for close to a month..
using cotobo and conquer partner..and multiple client

with 6-7 miners.. mining for so many many days..i've never gotten a gem!!

and also when i use cotobo to mine..there's a gold ore counter right..sometimes it wrote like gold ore mined = 8
but i see my inv..only got 2-3 gold ores..
why is this so??

but the main problem is..where's my gems!!!..
sorry for this..but really need help..=(

check the rate of ores that u choose to drop,i tink that u onli gt 2 or 3 gold ores in ur inventory is because it drop it...as for the gems,i dunno why =(
