It's quite simple, 'cause specific bb-codes are not required to embed media.
The following settings have to be made:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

As Rocky said, simply copy the url and paste it, elitepvpers auto embed valid yt links - here an example

now if i upload an image it does the same, please help me with this too, i realy tried almost everything, i use insert image option but the image is not shown, only the link, like for example, when i make the post if i click preview, it`s showing the picture but when i submit the post i can`t see the pic, only the link

The Reason: Youre not able to.
You need 20-50 posts to post pictures.
Which one is gonna count depends on your luck.
Otherwise get premium or elite and youre able to.
