Can reports be dealt with in a reasonable time frame?.

Whenever i make a report it takes a few weeks or more before my complaint/report is even answered and usually it's just some generic bs.

I just checked your last reports, all of them have been processed within 24 hours. Please note that a report is no guarantee to be dealt with in your favour.

Why is there never a reply to the complaint with any meaningful information?.

This thread still holds true lol takes like 3 weeks for any sort of resolution if you're lucky.
