Hi, curious is umbrella.gg legit?

they was 2 weeks ago UD in faceit but now I don't know.

They are legit in the sense that you will get a product, however I got banned I think it was 5-6 days after use. After waiting for recoding I think it was (can't remember, was a while) I asked for a HWID reset in a ticket since I needed to bypass the faceit HWID ban to try again, after no answer for 48h on the ticket with admins being online on the site multiple times for over 30min I went a bit retarded and messaged one of them on discord and ended up getting banned. You can take this as you will.

I wont say that my ban from them was unjustified and I would have typed the same regardless, like I said, I was annoyed and went a bit retarded. Support was really bad, might have gotten better. Outside of this they might be undetected now again, I can however confirm for you that you will get a product and they aren't scamming.

Edit; the ticket might have been up for more or less but it was around 2 days with no answer.

Their support is somewhat shit. I asked for a hwid reset and they never responded. There's better cheats on the market than umbrella but if you're desperate you could try your luck.
