add _NEW_EXCHANGE_V19

I added the __NEW_EXCHANGE_V19 system and there's no way to move the items, I can't see the end of the items.

I would like to add the scroll bar to see the items and if possible to increase the item bar to the end horizontally

Can you send a screenshot of how your exchange window look now? I have a theory that you forgot to use merge / aes or something similar :thinking:
