Will i get game banned on new account

i used to cheat i stopped though i cleared all my files steam and eac and rust will i get banned when i log into rust with no cheats and if i will get banned how can i get around it WITHOUT a spoofer

if your not really sure about some traces or something, than just reinstall your windows to be sure. its always the best and cheapest way :)
but a good spoofer is always the easier way i think
