Hide Ping Program - Lower Ping in game

I'm trying to play from asia with my friends in California USA. But my ping is like 160-170 and I get kicked. I've used exit lag vpn and it works somtimes. But does anyone sell or have or know about a way I can hide my ping or a better VPN that would let me play from asia to usa. Spoof ping? Hide ping? VPN ping reduction shown to Tarkov?
