Good vanilla 2-3x server for cheaters

Hey all! I am looking for any servers that doesn't ban your teammates if you're caught cheating. I don't mind if they IP or evade ban. I am just wanting to avoid friends or teammates being banned or kicked from sever.

I don't mind if it's modded or not. I would just perfer 2-3x vanilla without /TP or /HOME.
