Is there such thing as a hacker only lobby? where everyone is showing normal ping (not shadow banned 350 ping)

You show normal latency when shadowbanned. 350ms only indicates that you’re shadowbanned, but it doesn’t actually change your connection to the data center. It’s only a pre-lobby visual indicator.

So in lobby if our ms is showing 350 that means were shadow banned?
