Shadow banned need help

Hi Everyone,

I need help about shadow ban / perma ban.
I'm playing Modern Warfare and Warzone, no Cold War.
Last Wednesday I tried to connect with my account and seen that I am perma banned from the game.

What I know so far :
1) A LOT of trash talk during loby pre/after-game (I'm playing mostly multi in HQ)
2) I tried a cheat soft for something like 2-3 games in WZ last november 2020, 1 day.

Whatever the reason I think it's "legit" in the way nobody's mother want to be insulted and no one likes cheaters (even if it's for 3 games)
So OK, that's the game we play and sometimes we loose.

Then yesterday I re-bought the game with an old Activision account and boom, shadow banned (350ms ping etc...)
What I know on this Activision account :
1) An old PSN was linked : banned for playing BO2 with hacked console (no cheating) and PSID (HW ID of PS3) banned
2) No Phone number linked

So my questions are :
1) Shadow Ban is related to Account or Hardware ?
2) Is it possible my new account was already flagged for being banned from PSN ?

When you are permanently banned, you become HWID flagged.

HWID flagging means that once you use, make, or buy a new account, you will be shadowbanned for 7-14 days. However, after the 7-14 days, your shadowban will expire and you can make additional accounts as the flag will be lifted.

If you want to play or make a new account prior to the expiration of the shadowban, you need to purchase a spoofer.

No chance for a perma shadow ban ?

You need to activate the shadowban. Otherwise, the next time you play you will be shadowed and have to wait 7-14 days.

Just login to an account, play a few games, you’ll be shadowed and you can start waiting from that point.

No, there is no such thing as a permanent shadowban, and shadowbans only turn into permanent bans if you are cheating while shadowed.

no but you will if you play suspicious

have the lydian Spoofer, but it doesnt work for me. Should i first spoof my pc and than log in in a new acc and buy the new game? Bc i just tried everything but im still banned

UPDATE :
Just bought Cold War with my new account.
It works fine, no SB / Ban.

Now I'll just wait untill SB ends for MW.
Tbh MW is really better than CW.

Are you banned or shadow banned ?

Did you re-install Windows before spoofing ?

No didnt re installed Windows.
Mh when i start cw it will connect to online server for 2 Seconds, after that it brings me the report the the connection failed can i can only go back to desktop

Try using a different spoofer because Lydian’s is garbage.

Try INFINITE’s 40 minute trial.

Where is the official place to get INFINITE? I I dont want to use reseller. I also got ripped off by lydian. That douche needs put on the scammer list.
