vSRO Notice Tool

Hello Silkroad Devs!

Does anyone here know some existing tool(preferably with source or one thats CLI based) that could send a notice to a shard just like SR_notice in SMC does?

Or maybe help me out with how to send the packet for notice? What is the opcode? :rolleyes:

Any help would be much apprechiated :handsdown:

You can write private messages and dunno if notice or not. Should be helping you.
