please the bar hp

Hi, i've see some screenshoots with the "Lvl / HP / MP"
I don't know how to have it !
So i hope some one will explain to me and give me the files to see this (hack) !

ps : you can look the LVL/HP/MP only on mobs or on mobs and people ?

you mean that you can see others hp/mp/lvl if thats what you mean then just use the ingame L2 walker the free one has that feature also and the mp dose not always show only on other toons not mobs and they have to use mana first
