Skill page bug. Can't equip skills

Sry if this had been posted, search just seemed to return skill hack stuff.

The skill are there and can be learned, but they can't be seen on the skill page.
They seem to be overlaped with another skill as refreshing one of the tabs sometimes results in different image.

What file to I need to change to fix this? A little more detail as to where in the file would be nice too.

I don't have a client so I can't give it in detail, sorry, but:

You have to edit every old skill (Not action 7), and change their positions on the skilltable to what they are in action 7 files.
You do it in skillname.csv and it's located at the top.

Also make sure you added them to skilltable.csv

Sorry i can't give you more detail, because don't have an upnacked client right now and I ran out of HD space.

Um one thing, there are 2 skilltables. one in data\share\skill and one in data\share\request_quest\skill.
Will I need to change them both?
