[RELEASE] Reunion Database + Client

The release is for the latest version before the game go into public beta phase

The sql backup folder contains V+ DB latest version.
All the game systems are stored in SRO_VT_REUNION.
The database is NOT ready to use.

What does database not ready to use mean? Can we just set it and login locally or not?

Is there a difference if I just DL the client from their site? Since mega limits my downloads.

Also there are more than 3 databases. Do I need to just restore them and set them up in ODBC and that's all?
