Topic title preview feature need some love

1) non-premium users will see title with symblos at preview, while in fact they will have title without symbols

2) even premium users havent proper preview, we dont know whats the maximum length of it, example below, preview did not match the result:

On that basis, I don't see what objection could be there, useful proposal.+1
