Packet sniffing

Ive been trying to find a way to sniff packets for runescape private servers, ive been also trying to find a way to inject packets into runescape private servers, im using wireshark and it seems like im finding packets from certain things i do in game but i have no idea what im reading or how to inject the packets.

Im looking for someone who can either help me or point me in the direction of someone selling things like this or that has knowledge.

Im not a full retard so dont try and scam me lol, but i am willing to pay some cash for this.

First thing you will need to find out is if packets are encrypted or not, in case they are then find encryption and decryption method and then find out which bytes corresponds to the packet type (usually first 1-2 bytes).

As for Wireshark is a packet sniffer, you won't be able to inject packets with it.

You could use for example WPE Pro although kinda old already.

Packet "injecting" is not that simple if your goal is for example to send lots of "attack" packets to create something like a "1 hit kill" you need to consider that the server could have checks for that.
